Cost is $55.<br>Residential/High Density/Limited Access delivery fee<br>: This is required when the shipment is being delivered to a residence or a facility with limited access.  Cost is $65.<br>"Call ahead" delivery window service fee<br>: if you are shipping to a location that is frequently unoccupied/unstaffed during normal daytime business hours, this might be a good option.
